Payment Methods

We accept payments by Mastercard and Visa either credit or debit cards via our card processor PayPal We can also accept a sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank or cash in GBP. Minimum order value is £50. Currently no VAT is charged on our items. Payment must be made before orders will be despatched.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges are as follows for wholesale orders

UK - Standard Shipping is £7.95

EU-is dependant on weight etc. Please ask for a quote before ordering

Rest of the World-is dependant on weight etc. Please ask for a quote before ordering

Delivery Charges are as follows for dropshipping orders.

UK-Standard Shipping is 70p for the first item then 35p for all subsequent items to the same UK address.

EU-Standard Shipping is £1.75 for the first item then 60p for all subsequent items

Rest of the World Standard shipping is £2.25 for the first item then 90p for all subsequent items.

Please note that we will not ship to Africa or any other country where PayPal is not available. Any orders coming from or to be delivered to African countries will be ignored.

Currently VAT is not payable on any of our items

Discounts

Only applicable on wholesale orders. 10% for orders over £250

Terms of Business

The goods shall be at the buyers risk after delivery. All goods remain the property of CMP-Trading until payment is made in full. Any Import Duty or Local Taxes will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Privacy Policy

The use of any personal information collected by is is strictly limited to the purpose of processing and despatching your order. No information will be passed to any third party in any form. We may use your information to pass on details of any offers relevant to you and offered by us. We will not pass on third party offers. Our newsletter is available by subscription only and you are free to unsubscribe at any time.

We do not collect any financial information when you are making a payment and at no time do we have access to any credit or debit card details.

Returns

We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing (see above).
You will receive a refund, or your credit card will be refunded, no later than 30 days after CMP-Trading’s receipt of returned goods (normally within 24 hours).

If we fail to deliver an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund. Any possible or likely delays to an order will be communicated to you as soon as possible after your order via email. Please make sure the email address that you leave on our systems is correct.
